The expensive, envied and tempting Red Wine is a storehouse of many benefits.
It is the most preferred choice of extravagant folks on special occasions. Besides keeping your body warm from the dooming cold outside, it also reduces your gym hours too.
Yes you heart it it right.
According to a recent study, red wine could give you the same results as that after going to the gym.
Research conducted at University of Alberta in Canada found that resveratrol, a compound found in red wine, provides similar health benefits as that after doing a great deal of exercise.
This is indeed a very good news for everyone-people who frequently attend gyms and for those too who don’t but are thinking of doing so.
Now you just have to sit at home, grab a bottle of red wine and clinch your glasses with your friends or family.
According to Jason Dyck, the leading researcher, said that these results will hopefully help people who are unable to exercise.
He disclosed that it improves physical performance, heart function and muscle strength in the same way as is improved after a gym session.
“I think resveratrol could help patient populations who want to exercise but are physically incapable,” he says.
“Resveratrol could mimic exercise for them or improve the benefits of the modest amount of exercise that they can do,” he further added.
Those who drink red wine regularly are less likely to develop dementia or cancer, anti-ageing and it could also regulate blood sugar.
